    I understand that I (if under 18 years of age, my child) will be using sewing equipment and notions that can cause injury. I consent to my son/daughter being given medical treatment for any injury while in the care of this sewing class. KS SCHOOL OF DESIGN accepts no liability for injuries suffered during in person at school and virtual sewing classes in students own home.
