OUR POLICY
This policy is in place due to the high demand for my sewing lessons and to ensure that all students have equal access to class opportunities and scheduling.
CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULE AND REFUND POLICY
MAKE-UP CLASS POLICY: Please note, we do not offer make-ups class/session for any of the Programs or Workshops. Please see our refund and cancellation policy.
WAIVER FORM POLICIES: Please note KS School of Design requires a waiver form to be signed for all participants prior to attending a class with KS School of Design. If under eighteen years of age, must have parent or guardian approval and signed form.
DISCLAIMER: We allow students to work at their own pace and never rush to finish a project. There is always a possibility students may not complete the sewing project during the duration of his/her class/workshop.
- Need to cancel no problem. You can cancel anytime before 14 days prior to the start date of the class, 10% processing fee will be applied. KSSOD will process a refund within 5-10 business days. If canceled after 14 days, a class credit will be issued, NO REFUND after 14 days.
- You may rescheduled anytime before 7 days prior to start date of the class (based on availability). If you need to reschedule after 7 days prior to start date, there is a penalty fee of $100 to reschedule.
- We do not pro-rate classes or offer make-up options for classes missed.
- We respectfully ask that you keep your child at home if they are feeling unwell or exhibiting any symptoms of illness. If a student arrives at class with visible signs of illness, they will be sent home to help maintain a healthy learning environment for all participants. In such cases, no makeup class or refund will be provided.
- Seats in our classes are based on availability and do require registration with full payment before class begins.
- Should KSSD cancel a class a refund will be made within 5-10 business days.
- Class may cancel if we have less than 2 students in class. Will notify via email with other class date options.
- Payment cannot be transferred to another student.
