Kids Summer Sewing Camp
This camp is for beginner and intermediate sewing level
Kids Sewing Camp is fun and educational program for elementary and middle school students. Each week students will sew different projects and learn different sewing techniques. Students will have the freedom to work at their own pace and sew one or multiple projects depending on their sewing ability/level.
Beginner sewers will learn the basic fundamentals of sewing
Intermediate sewers will have the opportunity to choose a sewing project based on their sewing level and sew on their own with instructors guidance as needed. This is a great way for students to test their sewing level and skills.
Students will:
- Select fabric & trim
- Learn how to measure
- Learn different sewing techniques depending on the project
- Sew project together
Ages: 9-14 years old
Duration: 3 days
Date: Tuesday - Thursday
Time: 10am - 12pm
Class Schedule:
- June 24th - 26th
- July 1st - 3rd
- July 8th - 10th
- July 29th - 31st
- August 5th - 7th
- August 12th - 14th
Group Price: $275 per student including all materials and sewing tools.
Maximum of 4 students per class. Class may cancel if we have less than 2 students registered for class.
What to bring: Bottle water/ clear drink and light snack. Please avoid any sort of nuts as some student(s) may have food nut allergies.
Disclaimer: I allow students to work at their own pace and never rush to finish a project. There is always a possibility students may not complete the sewing project during the duration of his/her class/workshop.
