Girl Scout Troops - How To Sew Badges and Alteration
Sewing Level: No sewing experience needed
Learning Objectives: Learn the fundamentals of sewing using a sewing machine while learning how to sew badges and patches and alter/hem your clothing by machine.
Sewing Project: Sew badges/patches to sash or vest & alter/hem pants or skirt
Age: 8-16 years old
Duration: 2 hours

Troop Group Lesson Price: $100 per student, including one badge patch, sewing materials and sewing tools.
What to bring: Bring 1-2 clothing item to hem, skirt or pants. Bring multiple badges/patches, sash or vest to sew the badges onto. You may also bring bottle water/ clear drinks.
