    Participating Designers under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to the fashion show and duration of the fashion show. 
    I give my consent to my son/daughter to participate in KS School Of Design Fashion Show. I understand there will be photos taken of myself and child during the duration of the event and I give permission to use these photos for social media, website and any other advertisement use for KS Schoo Of Design.
