    Class Waiver 

    I understand that I will be using sewing machines, equipments and notions that can cause injury. I consent to being given medical treatment for any injury while in the care of this sewing class. I agree KS SCHOOL OF DESIGN accepts no liability for injuries suffered during in person at school and virtual sewing classes in students own home.
